Shipment Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.Â
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Domestic shipments generally will arrive within 2 - 7 days from ship date, depending on location. Orders ship from New York, USA.
International shipment times vary by location. We ship to many countries. If you are unable to check out, then your country is not included. Please contact us to confirm.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You may have options to choose your preferred carrier. Tracking information will be emailed to you once the order has shipped.
We do not offer overnight shipping. If you need a product urgently, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your needs as best as possible.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Tracking details are available by clicking on the tracking number from your shipment confirmation email. Occasionally, product may be back ordered.

Carrier Responsibility
Once the package departs our facility, Frontier is not responsible for delayed, missing, misplaced, or stolen packages and cannot replace items due to carrier-related issues. All responsibility falls on the carrier. If you cannot locate your order, please directly contact the carrier’s most local facility to your address and supply your tracking and shipping information. The carrier will have the most detail about the delivery and can best resolve any issues.Â
